What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: In the same condition that you received it Unworn or unused With tags attached In its original packaging You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at stonerkey25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at stonerkey25@gmail.com
What items cannot be returned?

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get the size, style, or product you're looking for without delays.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at stonerkey25@gmail.com We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production. This means: Production time: 2-5 business days Shipping time: 3-7 business days (US domestic) Total delivery time is typically 5-12 business days from order placement. Do you ship internationally?
